Zen Master Hyon Gak Sunim is an American-born disciple of the late, legendary Zen Master Seung Sahn, one of the most influential teachers of Korean Zen in the West.

Ordained in 1992, he received Dharma transmission in 2001 and has since taught extensively across Korea, Europe and the United States.

He is currently establishing a new Zen centre in Bavaria.

Arman Ray is a British visual artist and electronic music producer whose practice brings together image, sound and digital technology.

Over the past six years, he has worked closely with Hyon Gak Sunim to develop The Formless Track, shaping its music, visual language and overall artistic form.

Alongside the project, he continues an independent fine art practice.
